With that warm and comfy borrowed sweater feeling, the Cleome Smith Cozy Fit pullover is the sweater you'll reach for on crisp weekend mornings. Knit from the top down, it's worked back and forth for some rows until the remainder of the center front neckline stitches are cast on and garment is knit in the round thereafter. A tidy folded-down neckline is worked by picking up stitches where you cast on, working in rib and binding off while attaching to inside base of neckline.

Pattern Notes
This sweater is knit from the top down. Stitches are cast on at the neckline and knit back and forth for some rows before casting on the remaining center front stitches and continuing on knitting in the round. When knitting back and forth (knit one row, purl one row) in stockinette stitch, one's gauge tends to be a little looser because of the purl stitches therefore it may be necessary to go down a needle size for this portion.
